Hello . I am an Iraqi citizen suffering from polio in the left leg. And I also suffer from heart problems (heart attack) that led to a blockage in one of the arteries. I am a government employee and I have a large family of a wife and four children, as well as after the death of my father became responsible for the lives of my mother and three Sisters.
